Your private Golden Circle day tour begins with a drive through the steam-veiled landscapes south of Reykjavík. In Hveragerði — a geothermal town built atop hot springs — we stop for coffee and freshly baked treats while steam rises from the streets around you. Then we continue to Kerið, a 3,000-year-old volcanic crater whose vivid red and ochre slopes plunge down to a striking teal-blue lake. A short walk around the rim reveals new angles at every turn.
