Can I customize the itinerary?

Absolutely! Every tour starts as a template that we tailor to your interests. Want to add a hidden waterfall? Spend extra time photographing landscapes? Visit a local farm? Just let us know your preferences and we'll craft the perfect day for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. In case of extreme weather conditions that make the tour unsafe, we'll reschedule at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance during summer (June-August) and Northern Lights season (September-March). For peak dates like holidays, 4-6 weeks notice ensures availability. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on guide availability.
